Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel?
Our pricing includes 50 miles of roundtrip travel from our headquarters in Murfreesboro, TN. Any additional miles are charged at $1.50/mile. Anything further than 100 miles may incur higher fees.
Can I customize my menu?
Yes, Customizations are allowed. Please contact us with your needs.
Do you come to coffee "paid by attendees" events?
Bean Loft Coffee Carts is a pre-paid service only. We only provide paid by attendees service for mega festivals of 15,000 people or more.
What are your setup requirements?
We will need wheelchair-accessible entry, flat area to serve on, one dedicated 15amp (110v) outlet per cart, and an 8x6 area to serve in.
What is included in your setup?
Bean Loft Coffee Carts offer Lattes, Americanos, and Cappuccinos, Chai and Matcha can be brought at an additional fee. Each cart will have three flavors to choose from, however the default will be Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate or you may change them from our wide selections of flavors. Drinks can be iced or hot and one alternative milk of choice (Almond or Oat) in addition to whole milk free of charge.
